As you all know, we celebrated our "group" 60th birthday last Saturday, July 25th. Those that could make it had a great time, and the weather cooperated, giving us a warm sunny day for our picnic.
During the festivities, several people began relating how they had celebrated their 60th birthday. We decided to share those celebrations with the class and include them in our next newsletter.
This sharing of celebrations gave us an idea. If you have already turned 60, send me a quick email telling me how you celebrated your big day.
Like some of us, you may not have yet crossed that life mile-marker. As you turn 60, please consider sending me an update on your celebration.
Those that are publishable, Gail will incorporate in subsequent issues and they will be shared with the class in our ongoing newsletter.
