David Priest

 Served in the Air Force as a mechanic and squadron mail clerk in Vietnam at Phu cat air base in 68/69. He got to attend a Bob Hope Christmas show while there and it was quite special.

  Basic Training Location:  Fort Campbell, Fort Knox, Fort Poke - PTS - Sergeant - Vietnam service 18 months, Jan 1969-70,  Search and destroy, light and heavy armor, I walked point and did my job anyway possible.


Paul C. Burik

Paul served in Vietnam from Sept 69 to Sept 70.

He was a SP4 and his MOS was flight control coordinator at
the copter bases. 
He was with the 355th Aviation Company and they used heavy helicopters, mostly Tarhes.  Paul was in Tuy Hoa, Nha Trang and Bien Hoa.

2 Tours of Vietnam service - 101st Airborne -  Wounded in action

 


Dennis Liniman

Vietnam service

  Received the Purple Heart due to VC pinning him down with mortar fire and was hit with shrapnel.

 Basic Training Location: Parris Island, South Carolina - 1967-1970 - Corporal - 1st Marine Division / 3rd Marine Amphibious Force - Danang (I Corp) Vietnam - Aug. 1968 to Sep. 1969 - Vietnam Campaign / Danang and villages, jungle and other locations all over I Corp - Decorations: Combat Action Ribbon, Presidential Unit Citation, Navy Unit Commendation (USMC), US Vietnam Service medal with 2 Bronze Stars,  Vietnam Campaign Medal, Republic Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm, National Defence Service Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, USMC Rifle Sharpshooter, USMC Pistol Marksman, USMC Honorable Discharge.


Dan Ebenhack

Dan was stationed at Quantico, Virginia.  He served in the Marine Corp and achieved the rank of Lieutenant.  He was an infantry and counterintelligence officer in Vietnam, and a reserve commander after the war.

Captain, USN – Retired

Retired in August 1996 as Director of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Joint Intelligence Center, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Enlisted Feb 1970, commissioned Dec 1971, and designated Special Duty - Intelligence Officer in 1975 following events supporting the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence. Involved in undersea warfare operations, air strike operations, and covert intelligence and combat joint special mission operations in the Pacific, Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Middle Eastern areas. Embarked in and mission deployed with a variety of U.S. Navy commands including the USS Permit (SSN-594), USS Coral Sea (CV-43), USS New Jersey (BB-62), USS America (CV-66), USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67), USS Nimitz (CVN-68), USS Eisenhower (CVN-69); and Commander, Carrier Group Two.
